Eligibility Criteria:
Nationality: Indian citizen
- Age:
- 16.5-19.5 years (NDA I) and 16.5-19 years (NDA II)
- Education:
- 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board
- Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) mandatory for Army and Air Force
- Physics and Mathematics mandatory for Navy
- Marital Status: Unmarried
- Physical Standards:
- Height: 157 cm (157.5 cm for Air Force)
- Weight: Proportionate to height
- Vision: 6/6 in one eye and 6/9 in other (correctable to 6/6)
Qualification Requirements:
Army:
- 10+2 or equivalent with PCM
- Minimum 60% aggregate marks
Air Force:
- 10+2 or equivalent with PCM
- Minimum 60% aggregate marks
- Minimum 60% marks in PCM
Navy:
- 10+2 or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics
- Minimum 60% aggregate marks
- Minimum 50% marks in English
Selection Process:
- Written Exam (UPSC): 900 marks
- Service Selection Board (SSB) Interview: 900 marks
- Medical Examination
- Document Verification
Written Exam Pattern:
- Mathematics: 300 marks
- General Ability Test (GAT): 600 marks
- English: 200 marks
- General Knowledge: 400 marks
SSB Interview:
- Stage I: Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) and Picture Perception Description Test (PPDT)
- Stage II: Psychological Tests, Group Testing, and Interviews
Medical Standards:
- Vision: 6/6 in one eye and 6/9 in other (correctable to 6/6)
- Hearing: Normal hearing
- Blood Pressure: Normal
- Body Mass Index (BMI): Normal
